About This Site

This website is operated by the Perkins-Tryon Demons Football program for the benefit of players, families, coaches, and fans. It is an independent team site and is not affiliated with Perkins-Tryon Public Schools or any school district. It is not a commercial product, and there is no fee to use it.

Who Can Use Accounts

Accounts on this site are limited to:

• Current players in the football program (with parent or guardian consent if under 18)
• Coaches and program staff who have been invited by a program administrator

Players may create a login account using the sign-in options provided on this site, but creating an account alone does not grant access. Player access is only activated after the user claims the existing roster profile that matches their team email. Coach and staff access is still limited to users who have been invited or approved by the program.

Parental Consent for Minors

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy before your account is activated. During onboarding, your parent will be asked to provide their name and relationship to confirm consent. By completing that step, the parent confirms they understand their child's public roster information (name, photo, stats, etc.) is visible on the site.

What Players Can Do

• Sign in with their Google account
• Edit their own public profile (photo, stats, academic info, highlight links)
• Use private tools such as the college search and favorites list

User Responsibilities

By using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information on your own profile
• Only edit your own profile, not another player's
• Keep your account credentials (Google login) secure
• Not upload anything inappropriate, offensive, or that you don't have the right to post
• Not attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data

Public Content

Roster and profile information is public by design. Any information you put on your profile is visible to anyone who visits the site. Do not post anything you are not comfortable being public.

Account Removal

You or a parent may request your account and associated data be removed at any time by contacting the program. The program may also remove accounts or content that violate these Terms or that belong to players no longer affiliated with the team.

No Warranty

This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be up to date, error-free, or uninterrupted. Schedules, scores, and rosters may be updated or corrected at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Perkins-Tryon Demons Football program, coaches, and operators of this site are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. This is a volunteer-run team website, not a commercial service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
