Dawayne Hudson
Head Coach
My philosophy is to embody an aggressive, high-intensity football philosophy where relentless pressure, physical dominance, and unyielding passion define everything we do. It's not just a style, it's a way of life. It's about grit, determination, and making opponents dread facing your team.

Building a Championship Program
Our program will have the highest standards. We will expect to win championships. I have been fortunate enough to win state championships both as a player and coach, and I will strive to bring this championship culture to this program.
It is my job to not only prepare our young men athletically, but also academically and socially. Any player that comes through our program will leave fully prepared for their next phase of life. I have been fortunate enough to develop numerous college football players, and if a young man has a desire to carry his game to the next level, we will work tirelessly to help him get there.
Building a football program involves creating a vision that emphasizes athletic development, personal growth, and community involvement. Focus on character development by integrating life skills seminars, mentorship, and a family-first philosophy, while encouraging volunteerism and leadership. Sustaining the program requires strong community support, effective fundraising, and fostering an alumni network to provide continued resources and mentorship.
